All information provided to Pillars Ka Pou Whakahou is treated under the provisions of the Privacy Act. Security of information is of primary concern to Pillars.

When you use the Pillars website, you may be asked for your email, telephone number and address. By giving us this information, you consent to us using it in the following ways:

• Emailing or posting of newsletters

• Invitations

• Requests for donations

• Social media information

You can ask for your details to be removed from the Pillars database at any time by emailing us.

Your name will never be sold or lent for any other purpose.

Personal information will not be disclosed to any third party without your permission. 

Pillars is not responsible for any use of your personal information that you have provided to third parties that you have accessed through the Pillars website.

Tickets for events will only be refunded if the event is cancelled, re-scheduled or significantly re-located. Proof of purchase will be required for any refund or exchange.

Any items purchased from Pillars will only be exchanged or refunded if  they are faulty. Proof of purchase will be required along with the return of the faulty item.

Donations will not be generally refunded unless there are significant extenuating circumstances.
